Shipping & Delivery

Most of our products are handmade to order. Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days, although busy periods may occasionally take a little longer. This preparation time is separate from the carrier's delivery time.

UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking information will be emailed to you once each parcel has been dispatched. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Additional postage charges may apply if a parcel must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

If your order contains products supplied by different partners, items may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. You will receive tracking information for each parcel as it is dispatched.

If tracking shows an unusual delay or you believe a parcel is missing, please contact us at info@etchealthtech.com and we will investigate with the delivery partner.

Shipping charges and any free-delivery thresholds are displayed at checkout before payment.
